HRBP Support Intern

Deskripsi

The HRBP Intern will gain hands-on experience in supporting Human Resources activities while learning how HR contributes to business performance. The intern will support various HR processes, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, performance and development, HR data management, reporting, employee relations, and HR projects. Throughout the program, the intern will work closely with the HRBP team and business stakeholders to develop practical skills in HR operations, data analysis, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and process improvement.
