Process Improvement: Purpose: You work directly on the line, so you notice things management often can't see. Your job includes helping us spot waste, delays, or quality issues — and suggesting ways to fix them. What We Need From You: Watch for problems: downtime, bottlenecks, rework, material waste, unsafe steps, or repeated errors Ask "why" when something slows you down or feels inefficient Note down or report any idea that could save time, reduce waste, improve quality, or make the job easier/safer Share ideas during shift huddles, via suggestion forms, or directly with your supervisor Be specific: what's the problem, where does it happen, and what's your suggested fix Simple Format for Sharing an Idea: Problem: What's happening? Where/When: Which line, station, or shift? Impact: Time lost, waste, quality issue, safety risk? Idea: Your suggested improvement
