Deskripsi

The Injection Molding Plastic Engineer Intern will support the engineering team in understanding and improving plastic injection molding processes, including machine operation, mold setup, process parameter monitoring, product quality inspection, and troubleshooting. During the six-month internship, the intern will gain practical experience in analyzing production data, identifying process defects, supporting mold and machine maintenance activities, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and applying manufacturing safety and quality standards. The program aims to develop the intern’s technical knowledge, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of efficient and reliable plastic injection molding operations.
