What You'll Do : 1. Gain hands-on experience leading and supporting production operations in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. 2. Learn how production teams achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets. 3. Monitor production performance and analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities. 4. Participate in continuous improvement projects that enhance manufacturing efficiency and operational excellence. 5. Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to solve real operational challenges. 6. Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills through direct exposure to shopfloor operations and team coordination.
