Deskripsi

1. Maintain Optical network stability and do preventive maintenance for customer network; 2. Responsible for customer support daily operations and network issue. Has knowledge in operation and maintenance for Optical product; Has knowledge in Huawei Optical Product such as OptiX OSN, etc; 3. Responsible for communication directly with internal and external team on daily task; 4. Do analysis, provide the solution and root cause analysis for any live network issues to customer; 5. Do regular meeting with customer and follow up requirement timely manner; 6. Able to work in less supervisory with good adaptability; Has willingness to improve self-ability and capability, self-evaluation and analysis to improve technical skill and excellent solution to customers;
