Datacom Engineer

Deskripsi

1. Maintain domain Datacom network stability and do preventive maintenance for customer network; 2. Responsible for customer support daily operations and network issue. Has knowledge in operation and maintenance for Datacom or IP product; 3. Responsible for communication directly with internal and external team on daily task; 4. Do analysis, provide the solution and root cause analysis for any live network issues to customer; 5. Do regular meeting with customer and follow up requirement timely manner; 6. Able to work in less supervisory with good adaptability; Has willingness to improve self-ability and capability, self-evaluation and analysis to improve technical skill and excellent solution to customers;
