Deskripsi

- Support the timely and accurate handling of PQR (Product Quality Report) complaints, including follow-up and documentation. - Assist in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of Inbound (IB), Outbound (OB), and stocking activities for vehicle accessories and spare parts. - Support the verification of spare parts requests against available inventory to ensure proper stock allocation and availability. - Gain a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end vehicle delivery process, from vehicle preparation and inventory management through to final delivery. - Support coordination with relevant departments to ensure smooth and timely vehicle delivery center operations.
