Recruitment Intern

Deskripsi

As a Recruitment Intern at PT vivo Mobile Indonesia, you will support the HR Recruitment Team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and recruitment administration. You will also assist with employee onboarding processes, maintaining and compiling employee data, and designing job vacancy advertisements. Additionally, you will support communication and coordination with hiring managers, internal departments, and relevant stakeholders. The role also involves assisting other HR functions with administrative and operational activities, and daily coordination to ensure smooth HR operations.
