Deskripsi

1. Support the development and execution of employer branding content for social media and internal communication channels, including content planning, content creation, and basic performance analysis to strengthen the company’s employer brand. 2. Support Employee Experience and engagement initiatives by assisting in the planning, execution, documentation, and evaluation of employee programs, activities, and internal communications. 3. Support store recruitment activities by assisting with job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, recruitment administration, and maintaining recruitment data. 4. Support the Learning team in maintaining and analyzing employee training data, including training participation, attendance, completion, and other learning metrics, as well as supporting LMS implementation projects. 5. Supporting new employee onboarding and maintain new comer experience
