Deskripsi

1. Create and Map Datafin existing processes and procedure and create analysis report for gap processes and current condition 2. Drafting for SOP, Flow Process, Operational flow for DFS business and operations processes 3. Monitor and compile current business fulfillment of applicable regulatory requirements across Data Solutions and DFS including Fulfillment for certification/license, update on regulations 4. Collaborate with cross function within Telkomsel (Legal, Regulatory, IT, B2B, Network) and create report on Verticals business process on Data Solutions to identify process improvement 5. Conduct research and create report for benchmarking on lean business process from within internal Telkomsel, as well as benchmark with current industry standard and other corporate processes 6. Coordinate internal meetings within Data Solutions team as well as assisting in documentation and required data
