- Source and attract candidates through online channels such as social media, job portals, and professional networks. - Support hiring for operational roles, including Store Managers, PICs, and Helpers. - Assist with the recruitment process, including CV screening, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling. - Coordinate with Store Managers and Area Managers to arrange interviews smoothly. - Handle recruitment-related administrative tasks and documentation.
