Visa Handling Intern

Deskripsi

The Visa Handling Intern will support the Human Resources and General Affairs team in managing visa and immigration-related administrative processes for foreign employees, including document preparation, application submission, visa status monitoring, renewal tracking, and record management. During the six-month internship, the intern will learn about visa types, immigration procedures, document verification, regulatory compliance, coordination with relevant government agencies and service providers, and maintaining accurate employee immigration records. The program aims to develop the intern’s administrative skills, attention to detail, communication, document management, and understanding of immigration compliance in a corporate environment.
