• Learn Develop Solutions — Support the development and improvement of applications, services, and APIs. Reads and understand solution from high level to low level diagram. • API & Integration — Understand how APIs and systems communicate and support basic integration activities. Understand how API Gateway works. • Write & Improve Code — Write clean and structured code while following development standards and architecture design. • Write & Modify Technical Document — Create a standard technical documentation to explain the code and low level implementation. API specification document, state diagram, sequence diagram and database diagram, etc. • Explore AI & Automation — Learn and use AI, Agentic AI, and automation to support development activities and improve productivity. • Collaborate & Share — Work with mentors and team members, communicate progress, and share findings. • Document & Improve — Maintain simple documentation and contribute ideas for improvement.
