People System & Analytics Intern

Deskripsi

Support the digital transformation of People Operations through HR technology improvement, analytics, AI enablement, and process automation initiatives, while gaining hands-on experience in enterprise HR systems and data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the enhancement of digital employee experiences and HR technology solutions. 2. Assist in developing dashboards, analytical reports, and automation prototypes using approved datasets. 3. Participate in AI initiatives, including solution testing, evaluation, and knowledge improvement. 4. Support HR system testing, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. 5. Collaborate with the People System & Analytics team to identify opportunities for digital innovation. Expected Outcome: Deliver at least one practical digital solution, analytical prototype, or process improvement initiative that creates measurable value for People Operations.
