Deskripsi

1. Learning Communication & Design Support - Create engaging learning communication materials, including posters, digital banners, email announcements, WhatsApp blasts, and presentation decks. - Support the development of visual content to promote learning programs, campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives. 2. Learning Program Support - Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, webinars, and other learning activities. - Support program preparation, participant coordination, and communication with facilitators and stakeholders. - Prepare and distribute learning communications through relevant internal channels. - Ensure learning campaign are clear, visually appealing, and aligned with company branding. - Support People Development projects, digital learning initiatives, and basic research on learning and development practices.
