- Conduct regular field visits to observe how planograms, POSM, price promotions, and SPG activities are executed — both for our brands and competitors. - Lead and coordinate a small team of freelance surveyors during field surveys. - Collect, validate, and summarize data from stores. - Prepare reports based on survey findings.
