- Plan and produce engaging content (feed, reels, stories, TikTok) freshly social media - Manage the content calendar and keep a consistent posting schedule - Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and customer complaints promptly according to SOP - Escalate complaints to CS/Operations and track them until resolved - Monitor social media performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, response time) and report insights - Support Digital Marketing with ad creatives and Sales Activation with event content
