Production Technology Development Intern

Deskripsi

Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment by learning production processes within the Sub Product area and understanding real-world operational challenges. Interns will conduct observations, analyze problems using Continuous Improvement methodologies, and develop technology-driven solutions based on their expertise in areas such as IoT, sensor systems, wearable devices, data analytics, automation, and process digitalization. Through this internship, participants will lead improvement projects aimed at enhancing Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, and Delivery performance while creating measurable value for the organization.
