Deskripsi

1. Support the digital transformation of Quality and Compliance processes through the implementation of Power BI, Power Apps, and other digital solutions. 2. Assist in digitizing manual records and tracking systems, including quality incidents, audit findings, calibration records, action trackers, and compliance monitoring tools. 3. Support digital projects related to visitor and contractor management, internal audits, change management, and glass brittle management. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, improve workflows, and ensure data accuracy and system effectiveness. 5. Develop dashboards and reports to improve operational visibility and support data-driven decision making. 6. Assist in user training, change management activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase adoption of digital tools. 7. Support workload analysis and process optimization initiatives within Quality and Laboratory operations.
