System Maintenance Engineer

Deskripsi

- Support the maintenance and operation of internal business systems, including HR systems, IT Inventory System, and BPM. - Assist in troubleshooting system errors, access issues, and other technical problems reported by users. - Support user account administration, access management, and master data maintenance in accordance with authorized procedures. - Assist in system testing, issue tracking, and verification of system updates or modifications. - Maintain technical documentation, record reported issues, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution. - Requirements: Mandarin Chinese communication skills are preferred; basic IT troubleshooting and system maintenance skills are preferred.
