- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality. - Handle purchasing processes, including quotation requests, purchase orders, and negotiations. - Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers to coordinate orders and delivery schedules. - Monitor procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. - Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation. - Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill purchasing requirements and resolve supply issues.
