- Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities with business partners to ensure smooth collaboration and execution. - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support operational requests, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication. - Monitor partner performance and operational metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. - Maintain partnership records, track operational progress, and prepare regular reports to support performance evaluation. - Support the development and implementation of operational processes to improve partnership efficiency and strengthen business relationships.
