- Collect, process, and analyze service performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. - Monitor key service metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction, to evaluate service performance. - Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and operational monitoring. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate service issues and provide actionable insights to improve service quality. - Support the development of analytical tools and reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
