"- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal events to strengthen workplace relationships and employee experience. - Support the development and implementation of initiatives that promote company values, organizational culture, and employee participation. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to organize culture-building programs, employee activities, and internal communications. - Gather employee feedback and analyze engagement data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. - Prepare reports and documentation on engagement initiatives to support continuous improvement in employee engagement and workplace culture."
