- Assist the Human Capital Business Partner team in supporting HR activities and initiatives aligned with business objectives. - Support employee data management, reporting, and documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. - Assist in monitoring HR metrics, analyzing workforce data, and preparing reports to support decision-making. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development initiatives. - Support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and processes to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
