People Development Intern

Deskripsi

- Assist in planning and coordinating employee training programs and learning initiatives to support employee growth and development. - Support the preparation of training materials, learning resources, and development program documentation. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training sessions and employee development activities. - Monitor training participation and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback collection and data analysis. - Prepare reports on learning and development activities and support initiatives to enhance employee competencies and performance.
