"- Assist in planning and executing engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships with customers, users, and community members. - Support the development of engagement campaigns, activities, and communications across relevant channels. - Monitor engagement metrics and audience feedback to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of engagement programs and activities. - Prepare engagement reports and provide insights to support strategies for improving participation, retention, and overall experience."
