- A smoother end-to-end survey flow, from branch socialization to reporting. - An increase in the number of survey respondents across branches. - Neat and consistent documentation and reporting. - Issues/complaints properly grouped and categorized by aspect for easier follow-up. - Cohort/batch administration and sales tools ready and accurate ahead of each batch start. - Learning sessions run smoothly with minimal disruption, supported by timely coordination with stakeholders. - Escalations during sessions are logged and followed up in a structured manner.
