Performance Marketing Intern

Deskripsi

• Set up, monitor and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and other channels • Track daily performance (CPI, CPA, ROAS) and flag what's working and what isn't • Run A/B tests on creatives, copy and audiences • Prepare weekly campaign reports and insights for the team • Coordinate with the creative team on ad briefs and assets Requirements • Fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, Statistics or a related field • Analytical and comfortable with numbers; you enjoy finding the story behind the data • Good with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) • Curious, fast learner who likes testing ideas and moving quickly • Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
