Deskripsi

- Develop employer branding content for social media and digital platforms. - Create creative content related to company culture, employee experience, and career opportunities. - Develop concepts for employer branding campaigns and recruitment activities. - Manage content calendars and monitor content performance. - Conduct employer branding research and benchmarking. - Support campus recruitment and employer branding events. - Understand basic UI/UX principles and apply them to career websites and digital platforms. - Collaborate with Recruitment and HR teams to strengthen the company’s employer brand. Preferred Skills: Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, basic UI/UX, content creation, and social media.
