- Collect and process organizational and culture-related data. - Analyze organizational effectiveness. - Execute Organizational Development programs. - Execute employee engagement and culture programs. - Process Employee Engagement Survey and Culture Survey data. - Conduct Focus Group Discussions related to organizational culture. - Monitor culture program implementation. - Develop communication and socialization materials. - Conduct benchmarking of OD & Culture programs. - Develop improvement initiatives based on data analysis.
